Well if I get an answer to the question of why I don't get the signal, I'll let you know LJ.

RL: I tried TitanTV but they are doing maintenance. I'll check back with them later.

"Cable" is really only ever like 5 good channels and the occasional TBS sunday censored presentation of the Breakfast Club. If there's nothing you like, that's why people invented Netflix. All the uncensored Breakfast Club you want.

True Aiofe.

Anyhoo.... Typical workouts will recommence this evening after I get all the damn plants back out on the porch along with the table and the chairs. The good news is that I weighed in at 241 this morning so I did something right with the mostly rest week I took last week. I'm ready to hit it again.

Now if I could just remember my damned lunch which is sitting on the counter again.
Looks like it'll be subway for lunch.

'Kay. I'm gonna copy Aiofe and post some 80s stuff in here. However, I will not be posting Rick SPringfield because I saw him on GMA last week singing Jesse's Girl and it was sad.

Doctor & the Medics Cover of "Spirit in the Sky". First time I ever I saw this video I was in a bar drinking.

x2 -- we don't get cable either. One, 'cuz it's expensive; two, because I would NEVER get anything done thanks to the Food Channel!! Plus, I can always go to hulu.com and the like to watch my favorite episodes of The A-Team!!

I'll have to check out Red Lefty's web site reference. And, RL, way to throw your neighbor under the bus!!

That reminded me of the first time I ever saw The Wall (the movie). It was on late at night and I was quite inebriated. A strange movie to watch even when sober.

At home (Connecticut), if we didn't have cable we wouldn't get any channels. I think PBS comes in fuzzy, and NBC fuzzy. CBS doesn't come in nor does ABC or Fox. Plus I would die without Disney and Nick and PBS to distract/entertain my kids when I'm going out of my skull.

Here (New Hampshire) we don't have cable, and we don't get any channels. But it's summertime and kids should be outside ... well, if it weren't raining all summer. We do have a DVD player here and Netflix ... and my computer for watching instant Netflix videos and the Summer Olympics in 2 days!!
