That's what happens with any kind of cardio... you get used to it. Of course, along the way you've obviously become more fit and improved your endurance.

Well I didn't finish where I wanted (between 235-240) for my birthday. Feeling like death warmed over on Monday and Tuesday, I didn't exercise and I ate a little more (I do not want a repeat of the January/February time frame). But I'm still really happy with where I am at right now (241.2) and there's no telling where I will be by the end of the week. So at this point, it's time to start working towards 217. That is what I weighed in 1988 when I graduated from college the first time.

You will get there, Paula. I owe you an belated birthday wish! Also, I thought I had come here to say this, but I saw the picture of your blue eyed kitty in another log and he is simply gorgeous. Gorgeous.
Glad that you are happy with where you are, you should be. You have made major changes in the past couple of months.

Today has been pretty good so far. had a couple kolaches for breakfast and then mid-morning they had cupcakes at work for me. Finished up what I had to do at work and then headed for DPS to renew my Driver's License.
I accomplished that no problemo. Now it just has to come in the mail. Then I went to Office Depot and Half Price books. I got ink for my printer and a budget book because I really want to work on my finances. Then at Half Price Bookstore, I got some thank you notes and they had these really cool Paint-by-number cards. He he I can create my own little art works to send to the Peeps I love. On the way home I stopped and had some Sushi!!!! I had some cheese puffs and then 6 pc california roll, 2 pcs of Ebi (shimp) and 2 pc of Kani (crab). I love the burn of good wasabi.
I just got home a little bit ago and took some pictures of the ducks that are outside my building. And I just opened up the blinds on my porch and discovered that my Ginger has taken off like you wouldn't believe!!!
