Bob had Curried Lamb and Spinach with Jasmine Rice and I had the Mixed Grilled Platter that included Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Shrimp, Grill Lamb, a couple more pieces of chicken and then lamb sausages. We also split an order of these little ground lamb and lentil patties that were pretty good but should have been teamed with something else. We came home with leftovers and that was lunch today

Okay 1 hour of elliptical work is done. Going to do some Bench Presses and body squats and then shower.

They're probably cumin seeds since those are extremely common in indian food
I've been craving indian food lately... thanks to Tom, mostly, and now I pop in here and you're talking about it!

Ah now that's more like it. If and/or when I get a grill I intend to make all that kind of stuff.

It was probably naan - one of my downfalls when I go out to Indian places as I eat a ton of the stuff.

Hee hee I'm starting a trend - I mentioned the lentil recipe that I made to my trainer and he wanted the recipe for it.

No it's not naan. this is served at the start of the meal. it's very thin and very crispy.

Yep, pappadums. They are like potato crisps, but then extremely thin and made of lentil flour. Quite tasty, rather high in protein but also a tad on the fat side, so they weren't supposed to be fit for a refeed. Yet, I ate an entire bag of them (90g) last night.

Can I have a Hell YA Please?!?!?!?!

Weight this morning 240.6

Things I've noticed over the past week

When I look in the mirror, there's actually a bit of transition between my skull and my neck. It's not one solid line any more.

I can feel my shins and the sides of the Radius and Ulna (the bones in your lower arms) more easily.

I've noticed that the fat on my lower arms is not as solid as it used to be. If I'm laying down and I bend my arms a certain way, the fat just kind of "hangs" there. It doesn't stay closer ot my arms like it used to.

I'm really happy with where I have the potential to end up this month

4 More days til my birthday!!!! I'm going to work really hard to see if 235 can happen
