Okay 1 hour of elliptical done. Thank God for being able to read while doing that. I'd never make it otherwise.

You can read on the elliptical? I haven't mastered that skill yet. I can read on the stairs of death or the bike and that's about it. You're a goddess!

Yup... I can read on the elliptical. Although when Leigh starts upping the cardio I might have to start doing cardio at the work gym so I can watch TV while I do the cardio. They have the new precors with the TV built in at work

Actually Susan if you can read on the stairs of death, that's amazing to me. For me that would be an accident waiting to happen.

Went to the farmer's market this afternoon and my soap lady was there. I told her that I liked the Peppermint Rosemary soap she makes but that the rosemary leaf bits she puts in need to be a bit smaller. She said she appreciated the feed back.
These are the soaps I purchased today:
Rosemary & Peppermint
Ecalyptus and Almond Meal
Heather with apricot seed
Plumeria (which incidently is that the picture is in my avatar)
Black Tea and Rose
Whispers of Bay
My free sample is Lavendar and rosemary.
I figure I can reward myself with Girly stuff instead of food.

Tasks completed for today
Shredded a bunch of stuff that needed to be shredded
Loaded up the dishwasher
Round 1 of tanner applied (since it takes two for me to look half way decent)
picked up laundry and started sorting
cleaned out miscellaneous bins on the bathroom shelves and condensed a bunch of stuff.
Figured out how to make my food log on spark people viewable by others
Planned food for tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday. Will finish the rest of next week tomorrow.
Boxed up some stuff to take to goodwill.

Paula, did you take any neat pix re July 4?
BTW, I asked the same Q to a woman in our gym who was reading on an elliptical... I just can't understand how she or you wouldn't get a headache from trying to read. She just said it was fine. Granted, her pace was slow, but still, I find it hard to imagine how it's possible.

Espi:
No no neat pics for the 4th. It rained here Friday afternoon and I had no desire to sit on wet grass for fireworks.
Julie:
Thanks More coming up later today!
I'm official down another 3.6 lbs. I weighed in at 247.8 this morning.

Yay for so many lost inches. You go girl.
But dang.. I'd been hoping for neat pix. Could you perhaps take pix from where you get that soap from? Love that stuff and ever since all of my pix got erased from my pc (it got hacked) and I'm no longer travelling I have to travel by virtue of other people's eyes

Hey - congrats on both. I know when I started back into weight loss mode the inches seemed to motivate me more. Not sure why, but they just did.
