Whats a jacknife?

I know alot of old school powerlifters do 'jacknifes' which are essentially a good morning with a rounded spine (rounded.. the 'bad' way).. last time i mentioned those on this forum i got bombarded with reasons why they should never be done etc..

im guessing these are different?

Aerobics/Flexibility/Mobility tonight

Warmup - Carrying the laundry over to the Laundry room

Following exercises were done for 30 seconds each for 5 complete circuits
Cone Hops
Burpees

Goal for Thursday - 6 rounds minimum

Flexibility/mobility
Lying scorpions - 2x15(e)
Scapula Pushups - 2x15
Cat/Cow Stretch - 2x15
Bird Dog Points 2x15 (e)
Wall slides 2x20

Gah....
Today's calories didn't go well. I was shooting for 2100 and ended up just over 2400
Part of it was that I didn't have my totals for the day until into the morning (waiting for Cassandra's answer).... and I adjusted too late.

Goal for all exercises except swiss ball crunch is 2×15. The ball crunches are 2×8

A Deadlifts
WU 1×6x65

1×15x95

B1 DB shoulder press
1x 15 x15
1x 15 x 15

B2 DB pullover (sub for wide grip lat pulldown)
1×15x15
1x15x15

Lunges
1x 15 x BW+5s (e)
1x 15 x BW+5s (e)

Stability ball crunches (2x8)
1×10x15
1x13x20 (apparently I can't count this evening)

I am feeling the lunges today.... Noticed earlier that I have a bit of DOMS going on in my butt.

Lunges are great! My trainer has me doing these horrible "directional lunges". You do a forward lunge, and spring back, then diagonal (at 45 degrees), then a side lunge, then diagonal (45 degrees) to the back, then straight back. ... then repeat with the other leg...and I do multiple rounds in one go.

It's really quite nutso.

It's been awhile since I've done much lunging. However, I'm sure I'll get quite good at it before this is all said and done.
