Hey Paula, when I clicked on your recipe blog it first showed http://cleaneats. wordpress.org (put a space in between to show the URL) and then the generic page. What's wrong with it?

The kids could "make" their own pizza with the stuff they like, and the adults could have their own pizza as well (although I think 1 wrap could be split between JB and Nichol.)
Diane:
Yes the Flat out is a wrap. No, some of the protein actually came from the wrap itself. The version i got is the Multi-grain made with flax. the nutrition on the back of the package says this:
Serving Size 1 flat bread (53G)
Calories: 100 From Fat 25
Fat 2.5 G
Carbs 15G
Protien 9 g
I did weigh my flatbread last night though and it was little heavier than 53 g. 59g instead.
I got up this morning, made my own version of an egg mcmuffin and then went back to bed. I just got up again. This time I am up for good.
Time for a shower.

Hey, Paula. I just happened to stumble upon Flat Out at my grocery store today. First time I remember seeing it. They only had one kind. It's called "Light Flat Out" and the nutrition is as follows:
Serving size 53G
Calories 90
Fat 2.5
Carbs 16
Fiber 9
Protein 9
I made some lean ground beef with onions and taco seasing and then topped with some monterey jack and put in oven. Then I topped with a dab of sour cream and some chopped cilantro. Yummy!

Well this has been an interesting afternoon to say the least. An old fling from after my ex-fiance broke of the engagement IM'd me. He wanted to know if I wanted to get together with him. UM No, I have a boyfriend-same one I had the last time we talked two years ago. I just told him that the person you me 6 years ago is not who I am now. that felt pretty darn good.

I think I saw those Flat Outs at the local Wegmans, but I wasn't familiar with them and opted for my usuals (Father Sam's Whole Wheat Wraps). Will look into getting them next time. Thanks for the heads up.

okay I've felt like the proverbial 98 lb weakling twice today. the first was moving the 45 lb barbell off the rack so I could position the tripod and take my pictures for leigh. And the second was just hauling the basket of laundry to the laundromat.

I'm trying to figure out where I'm going to get the energy to do anything workout wise tonight. I'm about ready to fall asleep and I still need to pack.
