You could probably switch out the offending veggies. Although it's probably the starch that's causing the problem .

If I had more leeway for calories, you would bet there would be peanuts in that meal.

You too can train like a Houston Texan football player.

I love chinese too Diane. But I hate how calorie dense it becomes in the restuarants with all the pre-done sauces.
I just looked up Kung Pao on Sparkpeople and its says 1 serving is 559 Calories - 30 grams of carbs, 35 g of fat and 35 G of protein

For the Houston Folks Houston Bod Pod Locations:
Memorial Hermann Wellness Center
Houston, TX 77074

University of Houston, Clear Lake
Human and Performance Fitness Center
Houston, TX 77058

Ask for Dr. Terry Dupler

Appointments are necessary. For best testing results, be sure not to eat, drink or exercise for at least 2 hours before your test. Be prepared to bring/wear form fitting clothing such as a lycra swimsuit or a spandex biking shorts/sports bra combo. The testing facility will provide you with a swim cap to compress your hair.

I hope that one of these locations works out for you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Have a nice day!

Given the space in your name I assume you're in the Clear Lake area.

Hi Paula-
Thanks for posting your recipe. Shawn loves eggplant but I don't know too many good recipes. This will be perfect!

Possible Diane if she puts on as much as she says, and maybe Bob (He loves screaming rooster sauce and tabasco). They both must have fire retardant asses to eat large quantities of really hot stuff.

I used to live up in your part of the area Gabe. Not a big fan of the 1960 area. Love it down here though. I've been down here for almost 5 years.

I'm up 290. Deep 1960 by the mall bugs me. There is way to much traffic.
