Chicken is baking in the oven. Load of Laundry has been started so I have something to wear to work. And I've got a rough plan for food tomorrow.

It actually ended up being a bit less than that by the time I finished slicing up the tomatoes and putting the scale weight into fit day. Nonetheless. Day one of 1800 calories begins tomorrow.

OH SO TRUE!!!
Anne- I used to be one of those people! I'd go out for a 3 or 4 mile run, and come home and eat whatever I wanted, cuz, afterall, I just ran 3 or 4 miles, ya know!!
Diet is KEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And some days, that just freakin' sucks!!

So far so good. I got my first batch of water down. Had some green tea and the first batch of chicken/sweetpotatoes this morning. Am about to commence on the second batch here in a bit. breakfast this morning was oatmeal and banana. Since I didn't sleep worth a damn last night I skipped the egg whites.
Laughing cow cheese light is my friend at this point as is tea.
I need to see if one of the restuarants downtown has a lunch menu so I can plan my business lunch tomorrow.

I just printed out the menu for one of the downtown places since I'm going there for lunch tomorrow. I looked at all the menu options and slowly eliminated what my choice would be (honestly this was based on the calories). Looks like I'll have a half a Tuna Salad (250 cal) with Mixed Greens (vinagrette on the side) and the seasonal fruit medley (90 Cals) It's the cheapest calorically that I can get out of there with
