Um no... obviously I have enough problems just remembering my own food. At least it was just Cottage Cheese, Yogurt, apples and Natty PB that I forgot. But I'm still annoyed with myself for forgetting my snacks. Lunch was already here at work.

Actually this site is harder core than that site - but it also it has a much more moderate approach to reaching goals overall though..... a lot of fluff on the 02 but it's interesting to see the competition aspect of it all and I wouldn't have started my journey without them helping me get over the fear of lifting heavy. I know me well enough that a competition is not something I want to work towards, but it's still interesting to see what the women do to prep to wear little bits of cloth on the stage.

Evening's Exercise. 3.5 mile walk with my sweetie. It included swinging on a swingset in the park

Of course Mr "I Haven't exercised in the last year" had to show off and do a chin up

Meal Planning - Done
Exercise with my Honey - Done
Put away stuff from trip/spraying - Done - was hoping to get a little further on this, but with walking tonight it just didn't happen. If I can sneak out of work a bit early tomorrow (since I have to be there at the ass crack of dawn on Thursday for the field trip out to the pipeline construction site this should be doable) I'm going to come home and get the rest of the kitchen stuff put away tomorrow and then hopefully start testing for 5 rep maxes on a bunch of lifts. After looking at my log book from last year today... I'm going to do a 5x5 instead. It just makes better sense to me.

Pipeline construction -- as in oil biz kind of stuff? Our local economy has tanked so biz is not good right now. Anyway, I'm doing up his resume tonight and he's gonna send it to several pipeline & refinery places, several of which are in your neck of the woods. How cool would that be if he got some work down there so I could visit to pester you on a regular basis?!

I am up very early this morning. It's barely after 6 and I am in the office already. We'e leaving shortly to go on a site visit. Out to a compressor station and then over to a pipeline construction site. Sorry but there won't be any pictures of me in a hard hat and my new steel toed boots.

Paula, I hope the field trip went well. I wanted to say I'm sorry to see that you're dropping out of the challenge, but I understand your reasons. I appreciate all the help you've given me and I will keep reading your log .

The field trip went very well - I saw some really cool stuff. Monday I get to go on an aerial patrol of the pipeline. My camera will be going with me

One of the guys took a bunch of pictures of us today. So there is evidence of this trip including me in the ever popular safety glasses, the lovely blue fire retardant jumpsuit and the aforementioned boots. If Bob would have suggested a walk this evening, I think I would have shot him. Steel toed boots are heavy and we walked a lot today. The good news is that because I was at work for so long today (we didn't get back to the office until 5!) I get to come home early tomorrow. My weekend starts early!
