Here are my stats as of this morning.
Weight 208.8 lbs
Body fat 16.8%
Chest 47.15 inches
Waist 37.10 inches
Right Thigh 25.50 inches
Right Calf 16 inches
Right Bicep 15.31 inches
Not really sure what happen with my body fat but I have to measure it by myself so I am not terribly concerned about it. I am doing most of my judging by the mirror and my pants.

I just reviewed my workout from yesterday I copied and pasted from my previous post so the intervals were done on the punching bag instead of the treadmill.

I am going to go on TNT plan A starting today. I really don't think I will miss the carbs except around my workouts. I have done ketosis diet before so I know what I need to do it is just up to me to do it. I have my workout scheduled for this afternoon.

TTFFL Workout B
1a) Low incline DB Press
55lb db's 3x8
1b) DB Roman Deadlifts
3x8 75 lb DB's
2a) DB Close Grip Press
3x8 55lb db's
2b) DB Shrug
3x8 75lb DB's
3a) Elevated Pushups
3x10 body weight
3b) V Ups
3x10 body weight
6 intervals on treadmill 10mph x 1 mph walk
3 sprints 35 seconds
3 sprints 40 seconds
Workout went really good considering I didn't have any carbs around my workout time. I had to sub out the ab rollouts because my dog was in my basement because it is like 20 degrees here and he stunk up the place pretty bad and I couldn't bring myself to do the bar rollouts where I just cleaned up a pile of dog mess. I went up 5 more seconds on three of the sprints and 10 seconds on the last 3!! I am pretty worn out in a good way.
I have got some pork chops and squash/bell pepper/ onion mix for dinner tonight. Diet went extremely well today ate an ham, spinach and cheese omlete for breakfast, baked talipia and spinach for lunch and chops and veggie mix for dinner. I can't remember what I had for a snack but it was in line with the TNT plan A program. I added a couple of shots of olive oil to up the fat content today also. I also cooked my omlete in a tablespoon of olive oil this morning also.

Yea Jen quite poopie!! It is cold as hell here. At least for us Alabamains. It is supposed to get back up to 50 today so the shitmister is outside as of about 15 minutes ago. It is still pretty chilly but the sun will come up in a minute so he will live through it. I hope.

I woke up this morning walked past the mirror turned around and had to smile. I am looking a good bit leaner today. I was back down to 209lbs and feeling great. We are a little short on grocery money until Thursday so it will be canned tuna, canned salmon, and eggs for the next couple of days. My wife asked me this morning about going on weight watchers with her. I actually considered it untill I looked in the mirror!! I have some summer sasuage and plenty of veggies along with some protein powder so I should be able to wing it until payday on Thursday. I have my workout planned for this afternoon and I can't wait!!

Planning's a good part of the battle. And fish and eggs are certainly great choices.

Thanks for checking in on my log stingo. The fish is not that big of a deal I just eat eggs every day and I am getting kind of sick of them.

I know what you mean - I've been on a steady diet of them since I started with lo-carbing it. Still figuring out new ways to prepare them.

I just ate some with cheese and salsa that were pretty good. Do you have any other good ways to cook them that you like? I have one for egg drop soup that is pretty good if you would like it.

Sure - Egg drop soup is a favorite of mine. Most recently I've been enjoying scrambled eggs with spinach and feta cheese - quite nice.

Hey Stingo here is the receipe for the egg drop soup.
SPINACH EGG DROP SOUP
6 cups chicken broth, homemade preferred
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon granular Splenda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 green onions, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, lightly packed, 3 ounces
Bring the broth, soy sauce and Splenda to a boil in a large pot; reduce to a simmer. Slowly stir in egg. Remove from the heat; let stand 1 minute. Stir in the green onions. Remove any tough stems and coarsely chop or shred the spinach and place in the bottom of 4 soup bowls. Ladle the hot soup over the spinach to serve.
Makes about 6 cups or 4 servings
Freezing not recommended Per Serving: 105 Calories; 5g Fat; 11g Protein; 2.5g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carbs
It came from this site. I have tried a few of the recipes and really liked them.
