I had a nightmare about dead lifting 5 sets of 10 today....we will see if reality is as bad as the dream

2-6-08 Workout A
Bench- 5x10 @175 10,10,10 8, 7 wow 30 second RIs killed me and i feel like pussy oh well
Deadlift- 5x10@ 250 10,10,10,10, 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats right folks 20 reps at 250 deadlifting! Blacked out after for like 5 seconds but oh well I was just jacked
Pull Ups- 5x10 @ 80 assistance 10,10,10,8, 5 Grip went to hell
PushDowns- 5x10@ 130 10,10,10,10,10
Pushups- 1x30
You cannot believe how amazing i felt after!

If you have enough in the tank to do 20 reps on the last set, you're shorting yourself on the whole.

After warmup
Squat- 325x1, 345x1, 355x1, 375x1, 375x1 felt good
Standing OH Press BB- 135x1, 145x1, 155x1, 155x1, 155x1 felt ok
BW Rows- 5x1@ BW for time 66, 61, 55, 40, 29
BB Curls- 5x10@ 75
Overall felt good to move some weight

ya, I do them about once every two weeks. I am not much of a fan but throw them in when im bored of the stairmill or tred mill
