1-20-08 Muscular Endurance

Step Ups- 2x15 @45 15 each leg each set
push ups- 2x25

BW Rows- 2x15
Swiss Ball Leg Curls- 2x15 Real slow oooooouieieieieieie

Hammer Curls- 2x15@ 35
Planks- 2x75 seconds

Bike- 3 miles as fast as possible 12 minutes is what it took

Stairmills kick my ass. I sweat like a pig on those things too. My guilty pleasure is watching people get on the stairmill next to me and go full boar and 2 minutes later they are gasping for air. Looks easy..... but it definitely isn't!

i eat perfect all day 2 of the last 3 days and on those 2 days i fucking blow it at dinner

Green mill friday- shrimp alfredo
today- General Tsu chicken btu i didnt eat the rice

FUck i need to fuckin have some damn discipline and when people ask me to go out to dinner say no

As i sit here on my over night at work I am thinking about how much I want to be ripped and how dissapointed I am in myself for past choices I have made in my life. I made excuses how its college this is how its supposed to be eating shitty and drinking like a fish. Now I'm sitting here 45 lbs over weight atleast and was it worth it 4 years of partying........fuck no. It wasnt a full 4 years I guess 6 months of hard training and dieting got me diced, I went on SB and the whole not working out and not eating healthy caught up to me again. I slipped I fell and I am now 2 years later starting to pick my fuckin ass off the ground.

I find it helps to tell the world you're on a diet and getting in shape. If you cave at the table, all eyes are on you.

Since today is my workout friday i am going to grade myself

Workouts- Grading criteria is effort, intensity, focus, attendance, gains each is worth 20%

Diet- number of meals on diet out of 35

Workouts- 73% average week lost most piints in focus and intensity
Diet- 85% on diet missed 3 meals and had those 2 cheat meals

Not bad but not where I would like to be

Down another 3 lbs started Mens Challenge at 240 down to 230 now!!!!!!!!!!!

Waist started at 45 something now its 43.25!
