Nice work NW!

I'm having DOM issues in my Quads this week as well. I've never tried foam rollers, but I allow for some extra warm-up time for them tonight before my workout.

Foam rolling is the cats meowwwwwwww thanks mahler we will see if we can get crackin at 4 wheels next week again for reps....

a1) Squat- 4x3@335 up 10 next time
a2) Bench- 4x3@230 up 10 next time

b1)SL DB Dead- 4x3@80 up 5 next time
b2) DB Row- 4x3@80 up 10 next time

c1) hammer curls 40x10, 45x8,50x6
c2) swiss ball crunch 3x10

48 pounds to go to 185...............24 weeks till im married...........2lbs a week...............easy....... ............ive been averaging 3lbs a week.........

1-13-2008 Workout B Muscular Endurance

A) Hang Cleans- 3x3@155 got all 3 felt light and fast....side note not doing cleans on a platform really pounds my legs could just feel the impact all the way up my legs

b1)Snatch Grip Dead-2x15@185 really different with the grip gets ur ass way down there it was my first time with this lift
b2) DB OH Press-2x15@50 eh

c1)Pistol- 5,5 each leg
c2) Pull ups- 2x15@90 15, 15

d1)Pushdowns-2x15@90

Shitty workout had a fight with the fiance last night didnt sleep well but things are better now...........

1-14-07 slept from 8am to 4pm that was awesome!

Walk 5 mins-
Jog 2min @ 5.5
Run 1min @8.0 x3 .5 incline grade

Than for the hell of it RUN @9.0 45 seconds 3.0 grade incline
Walk 5 min cool down

Core work-Swiss Crunches 1x20
OH medball throws on swissball-1x10
Medball woodchoppers- 1x10 each side
Supermans- 1x30 seconds
SideBridge- 1x each side 20 seconds

I hate my gym right now.....Dreamfit people are there all the time now trying to hard sell. "You dont need to use free weights your not an athlete or a body builder you should stay on machines for safety and to target the muscles better" Exact comment from a dude. Told this to my fiance who went on my request just to see what they tell people.

Getting some sand bags today for a conditioning circuit with kettleball training added

1.KB Swings x10
2.Pushups x10
3.Zercher sandbag squats x10
4.KB Swings x10
5.Push ups x10
6.Sandbag jump squat x10
7.1 minute run on tred
Rest 2 mins repeat 3times


How does that sound for some full body conditioning circuit
