can someone please tell me how to foam roll my ITB and not cry in the process?

Meltdown Day 4- Feel hot a lot and I love the happy go lucky mood it puts me in!!!!!!

I hate this overnight shit 1 a week throws me off for 2 days ish oh well 22 minutes left than coach for an hour than sack time till2pm or later i hope!!!!!!

It takes 1-2 months to get accustomed to it. I know, it hurts like hell, but per T. Gentilecore, that means you definitely need it.

If you need, use the other leg to take some weight off the roller. In time, you'll be fully suspending both legs in mid air while you roll over it.

Also, in case you didn't, get yourself some tennis balls, grind your calves and mash your soles!

I've not tried foam rolling so I can't say - If you've not tried a massage, I'd suggest one, you might like it.

Im addicted to massages I get 90 minute once a month and 30 minute everyweek.....When i get my 30 minute leg one i usually end up in tears the hole time whens shes working on the ITB

4x500m on the rower 200 easy 500 hard it was a bitch ok bye

ok i tried really hard to just do SS but it turned into a HIIT session oh well hehe

I think i am going to use rack pulls on my strength days to get my deadlift up on power days. I am gonna see how this goes for a few weeks
