1 mile at 8:49 on treadmill at 1.5% incline
Bench press
1x20 at 45 lbs
1x7 at 135 lbs

Strength 3 Workout 3B


Bench Press
1x3 at 160 lbs (same)
1x2 at 165 lbs (same)
1x1 at 170 lbs (same)
1x3 at 165 lbs (+5 lbs)
1x2 at 170 lbs (+5 lbs)
1x1 at 175 lbs (Ties PR)
extra
1x10 at 135 lbs

Bent Over Rows
2x4 at 175 lbs (+5 lbs)
1x8 at 160 lbs (+5 lbs)

Barbell Push Press
2x4 at 115 lbs (+5 lbs)
1x8 at 100 lbs (+5 lbs)

Wood Chops

3x8 at 57.5 (+2.5 lbs)

Cardio

2 mile run with treadmill at 1.5% incline

Good solid workout. I think doing a few more shoulder exercises last week may have helped me on the bench. It felt so much easier this week. I had a spotter for the 175 but he never touched the bar!! I love when spotters know what to do without needing to tell them. Its hard for me to judge when they grab the bar, how much it was them or me before I crap out.

Straight leg 1x10 at 60 lbs
Reg DL 1x10 at 135 lbs, 1x5 at 225 lbs

Strength 3 Workout 3C

Dead lifts
1x3 at 265 (-5 lbs)
1x2 at 270 lbs (same)
1x1 at 280 lbs (-5 lbs)
1x3 at 245 lbs (-20 lbs)
1x2 at 265 lbs (-5 lbs)
1x1 at 280 lbs (Fail)

Rack Deadlifts
1x2 at 280 lbs (same)
2x2 at 285 lbs (+5 lbs)

Dead Lifts off Box

1x6 at 185 lbs (same)
1x12 at 155 lbs (+10 lbs)

Zercher Good Mornings

2x8 at 110 lbs (+5 lbs)

Hanging Leg Raises
4x4 at 15 lbs (+5 lbs)

Well a pretty disappointing workout but I kind of expected it. As I was Fired from my job today. Nice to be let go right before Christmas. Also on a Thursday at 9am, even better. I have been expecting something from the morons that own the studio for sometime so I was not shocked. They got there wish, finally got rid of anyone who knows they have no business owning a studio and can continue to ruin the business and soon sell it for the land.

Oh well back to the workout. I don't think the workout suffered from lack of focus, but more lack of nutrition. As I did not get my normal pre workout meal in before. I mean what better way to start the next chapter in your life then doing heavy dead lifts.

Yeah that sucks right close to Christmas, but as one door closes, another opens. Sounds like environment there wasn't the greatest anyhow.
