Time for a brick

35 minute bike distance 13.47 miles
20 minute walk/run distance 1.4 miles

Felt good, well except for the fact that during the run, I felt my dinner kinda sloshing around, even though I had ate about 2.5 hours earlier. Oh well, I kept it down...LOL

Okay its is OFFICIAL...I have entered a Sprint Triathlon for the 6th of July.

trisportcanada.com

750m swim, 20 km Bike, and a 5km run....

I guess I better start training.

Spin Class...1 hour of sweat and fun. LOL

Running Day......

1 km warm up...1/2 walking 1/2 light jog while listening to some Van Halen. (indoor track)

3.9 Km on a treadmill...alternating walking and running. Keeping focused on keeping torso high, and hips forward.

.33 km warm down on indoor track

Stretching

Total distance ran 5.23 km or 3.25 miles

Not a bad workout, as i said tried to keep focus on my form and not lop about on the treadmill, or on the track.

2/25/08 Swim day total distance swam 2000 meters

2/28/07 Spin class for 60 minutes

2/29/08 Run day..easy run 30 minutes on treadmill (-27 degrees celcius)

3/01/08 indoor cycling...went 40 minutes and a total distance of 17.48 miles.

Things have gotten busy for me atm, so I had written these workouts on a post it note to remind me to update this log.

No real training issues or any problems (knock on wood)
