I don't care for it.
I'm still amazed at the ridiculously low skinfolds of yours.

Some people don't like to eat and/or know when they are truly hungry vs "just wanting to eat." No excess food equals no excess body fat.

True!
But quality of food is even more important. When I was 60kg (eating less but eating "all") I had bigger skin folds then now at 72kg or last year at 75kg.

Can you post a sample day of your eating? I know you eat a lot of meat? What kind of fat though?

Just got a chance to read through your training. You are better in a deconditioned state than most of us are who have kept up our workouts. Fantastic.

What is bahur?
Do you focus on pre- and post-workout meals specifically?
Probably not, right?
I love eggs!!

I eat a lot of meat and protein like this too -- but I find I am ALWAYS cooking and also spending a ton on groceries -- it's expensive for sure.

Workout in stupid gym without squat rack, crossover with max 50kg ... I need 80 and more ... so:
Standard stamina: Deadlift @ 140kg (8 sets ... was a little ill last 2 days; disks with smaller diameter)
L-pull-ups 3x5 @ 5kg on ankles
Dragon flag 2x5, sideway 2x5
Air-born lunges 3x5 @ 15kg
Side bends 2x5 @ 40kg
Big opened eyes around ;-)

20 min thermal pool.
Half (6) Stamina: Cable push-pull @ 98kg (Technogym makes the worst expensive machines; their crossover rubbed my forearms)
Air born lunges 3x5 @ 20kg
L-pull-ups 3x5
Side bends 2x5 @ 35kg
People in gyms train very stupid. It's good for the business ;-)

Milko, tell me again, what it is you do with your yogurt to increase the carb and culture content. I can't remember exactly, but it was something that sounded potentially dangerous, like leaving it out to spoil or something like that.

Cynic, let the yogurt sit at room temperature until it starts to get sour (usually 3-4 days). The more it ferments the less carbs there are. The bacteria eats the carbs. You need natural yogurt with alive bacteria.
