Mel, Girl, don't let me scare you. (Thanks, though!) My family can't stay well enough for me to progress. At least that is the way it feels. My 11 year old son is sick and is napping right now. Poor Baby. He NEVER ever naps. I can feel it coming to get me, too! Hope it is not the flu. Called his doc and so far it doesn't SOUND like flu to them...fingers crossed, toes, too!

Whining all over the place today!

What kind of intervals did you do? Did you rest any before starting your intervals? Wonderful getting workout and workout numbers!

Oh yes, yum, meringues. I tried Dane/Lisa's recipe. Galatia tipped me off to it. Delish!
Karen - can you point me in the direction of this recipe?

Hey DD! Well, I am very bad at skimming over things I read so I hope I did the intervals correctly. I warmed up for a couple of minutes then worked hard for 1 minute and not so hard for 2 minutes for a total of 11 minutes!

I am all over the board today. I have a fever now, so what else is there to do! Whine! Whine! Whine! My poor little guy is still coughing his head off.

Hey no cheese with that whine eh? Take some airborne or at least a couple of grams of vitamin c (I swear by that stuff!). Hope you feel better soon, glad to see you got your workout in -- looking good!

I meant what type of intervals? Did you use a machine or a bw routine.

Sorry you're not feeling well. Isn't it horrible to hear your baby coughing?

Nothing better than a sore butt. Seriously, I think it's hard to make the butt hurt. Now to be honest I haven't even taken a look at the exercises in stage 2, but I start on Monday...YEA!

See the button just to the right of the quote button on the posts? It has a " on it? Click it, and it should turn orange, then repeat for any post you want to include in the multiquote. Then click on quote, and you should be good to go.
