Wide-grip deadlift from box:

Bulgarian split squat:

Underhand-grip lat pulldown:
8x80x3


Reverse lunge from box with forward reach:
8x15x3


Dumbell prone Cuban snatch:
8x8x3


Swiss-ball crunch:
8xMEx3


Reverse crunch:
8xMEx3

Cardio: 10 minutes on bike

Weeellll.....I have been more in the zone (than I am now.) But my intake has been pretty good this week and I have not eaten out so I'm calling it a success. Thanks for checking, Kelly.
