Hey thanks Julie!! I am so glad you stopped by!! You come back now, ya hear?
For once I am looking forward to progress pics day but I am keeping mum about it!  I will say this: WOOT!
We are going to my mil's this weekend and I am taking some homemade protein bars and my cottage cheese and pudding supplies to help me maintain control! It has just been too stinking busy lately  !
I have my parents coming next week and tonight I am hosting a mom's night out for my homeschooling friends. It will be fun, but requires much work. It has been awhile since I have done a thorough cleaning. I hope to work out tomorrow if the mommies don't stay too late tonight.

Wide-grip lat pulldown:

Back extension:
Prone Cobra 3x60 seconds
YTWL:
6x8x3
Intervals: Cleaning house for 6 hours!
Okay, it is true, I did not finish the workout but I was lucky to get this much in. Progress, not perfection. I have serious perfectionistic tendencies that are very bad as I may have mentioned before. My brain was so totally divided between finishing the workout and thinking about what I had left to do to get ready for "compny." Anyway, I have a hard time "forgiving" myself for not doing things 100% correctly so, you see, not finishing the workout was really a small victory for me!
Well, this is partially true! Okay, gotta go, gotta go.......

Me, too! I'm getting much better about it as I get older but things like that still get to me, too. I ended up not doing a perfectly complete workout today myself and it's been irritating the snot out of me ever since!
