thanks guys for the advice.
I think I need to do a better job of stretching some (any) and watching my posture during the day, too. I put a lot of unnecessary strain on my back even outside the gym.

I've got a couple of mobility CD's if you would like to borrow them.

Definitely done with this program after this week. I am getting weaker and not any bigger.
Done.
Either EC or back to WS4SB or something else. Just hating my backslide right now

Otto showed me where to do it. I'll try to remember to bring them in the next couple of days.

I don't blame you, I prefer those types to what you're doing now.

Have you tried any of the NROL programs at all? I have no clue really if they are working for me but they seem to work for most people who stick with it Just a thought though but your numbers still seem really solid man.

Sounds like its time for a rest and a change
I'll throw my vote in for Max Strength (Again)
what ever you end up chosing, I would make sure to program more de-load weeks into it.

I second the motion for a rest. It sounds like you need it.

I'm looking for something to do after Maximal Strength (next week is my last week). Mike Mahler has an ebook called "Aggressive Strength" that has some pretty good suggestions on basic workouts that might be what the doctor ordered. He talks about all the components of recovery, etc. It doesn't look as involved as Maximal Strength and sticks to the basic compound movements. Anyway, just a thought.
