Eh, I get the missus POV on that one. Honestly, I felt better having Bob around yesterday.

I think you're right, man. I need to correct it. I'm hoping my bud can check form next time we lift at the same time.

Glad you're alive and well and doing great on Crossfit

Makes sense. I appreciate it. My frustration wasn't directed anyone, just at thinking I was going to have to miss the gym!

I'm totally embarrassed to be included with those other two ripped dudes. thank you but not worthy.

LNT - some of those numbers you're putting up are really nice. I'm impressed.

Thanks, guys. I still feel like I have a long ways to go to get where I want to be.

And Terry, way too modest.

Legs
BB Squat
10 x 45
9 x 135
6 x 185
Pain

Calf Raises
40 x 450
38 x 450
30 x 450
27 x 450
26 x 450 x 2

Leg Press
10 x 180
10 x 270
10 x 360 x 2

Frustrating! Not sure what is going on, but my back is hurting again. I'm not sure it's just bad form as my back has hurt when trying to sleep at night. Ended my workout early and didn't go very far on squats or pressess because of it.

Of course you do and that's the way it should be. What fun is it to be satisfied?

You've been fighting back pain for awhile Richie. I you get a handle on it.

True, I was just referring to my immediate goals, not the end-all state!

I dunno - could be the hauling around of a toddler. Or the poor posture in front of the computer. Or perhaps the fact that I haven't stretched in maybe ... 18 months?
