Hope the knee gets better,
thats a lot of weight and reps on those calf raises
How much longer do you have on this program?, I have seen
you are looking at Max Strength, you should do it when your finished
this program.

Thanks, man. knee feels better.
I think I'm going to end my program in 2 week. Just bought Cressey's book last night; hoping to add size as always. This program scares me a bit with jumps and such!
Been sick this week. So not in the gym, which is frustrating!

hope you get feeling better. I would think step ups would be a good alternative to the broad jump.

Be interesting to see how you manage on Cressey's routine. It'll be different. I'll be following along brother.

I'm not sure I'm gonna do Cressey. I have made it about 1/2 way thru the book and just not sure it's for me ... may go back to WS4SB. Tomorrow I'm back in.

I'm guessing I'm too late. Plus with you and Terry flashing your abs in your workout logs. I wouldnt' be able to compete. I think my bf has climbed back in the double digits!!

Pshhh with the numbers you put up are awesome man and your progress is amazing. My goals are pretty basic and I'm not in it to "win" or whatever... just keep myself accountable... (plus if I even tried to win this thing I would have to become a machine and beat all the other specimens of sculpted perfection on this forum lol)

I just kept going with the current lifting scheme. I still cannot decide whether to return to WS4SB or move to Cressey. So I'll buy myself another week for now.

Good workout! So what is it about the Cressey workouts that you think they are not for you? I am looking into doing those this fall.

Great job! I think you should join the challenge. I haven't but it's just not me. Brian on the other hand is sick lean. *grumble*

Well, to be honest, I am trying to get big (and lean). so that's my goal. The entire premise from what I have gathered so far is Cressey is about getting stronger. Getting stronger probably is a better goal for all the reasons he lays out; it's just not my top goal.

Not sure it's me either, to be honest.
Brian is sick lean, no doubt.
Terry, you're close to that and also pretty darn big.
