A boil - sounds very Old Testament curse-like. Not sure how I got it. But it has left a nice hole. Maybe like you, I can get a tattoo outta it when it scars.

nasty. but so less cool than saying I had a spider bite. sigh.

7-9-08

chest/back

Flat BB
10 x 135
7 x 165
5 x 185
2 x 205
9 x 135

DB Incline
10 x 55e
8 x 55e x 2
6 x 55e

DB Fly
9 x 45e
8 x 45e
7 x 45e
8 x 45e

T-Bar Row
10 x 45
10 x 70
9 x 80
7 x 80

Lat Pull down
10 x 90
6 x 90
8 x 80
7 x 80

Low Row Pull
10 x 90
9 x 90
8 x 90
6 x 90

After doing all dumbbell work on chest for 6 weeks(?), decided to revisit barbell flat bench and see if any of the strength gained with DB's translates. It didn't. I lifted less there than I had before switching to DB's. Oh well. Back still sucks at pulling.
