Nice job. That is a lot of exercises to do in one workout, so I am not surprised with the puke feeling.

Things are looking great. Remember to be patient. If this was easy then everyone would look like a cover model.

Pretty good workout. Got up to 80's on the flat db press. They did wear me out a bit for the rest of the workout, but felt good about that effort. Eating hasn't been great so far today, but hope to get back on track the rest of the weekend.

Great work on the 80s, man. You're getting really strong.

6-23-08

Arms/shoulders

Preacher curls
10 x 55 x 4

BB Curls
10 x 45
4 x 75
7 x 65
5 x 65

Hammer Curls
8e x 25e x 2
10x 20e
9e x 20e

Skull Crushers
10 x 55
8 x 65
7 x 65
6 x 65

Tri Pull Down
10 x 90
10 x 100
8 x 100

Tri Press Down
8 x 100 x 3

Tri Unilaterl Press Down
8 x 40e x 2
12 x 30e

Rear Delt Fly
10 x 17.5e
10 x 15e x 3

Front Raises
10e x 20e x 4

Lat Raises
6e x 20e
8e x 15e x 3

I was overall happy with this. Went up on the skull crushers and that was good. The barbell curls were lower, but they went after preacher curls this time, and that makes a difference. Shoulders weren't as good. I had some pain, nothing too major. Not sure what the cause was.
