Nice job. That is a lot of exercises to do in one workout, so I am not surprised with the puke feeling.

Pretty good workout. Got up to 80's on the flat db press. They did wear me out a bit for the rest of the workout, but felt good about that effort. Eating hasn't been great so far today, but hope to get back on track the rest of the weekend.

I was overall happy with this. Went up on the skull crushers and that was good. The barbell curls were lower, but they went after preacher curls this time, and that makes a difference. Shoulders weren't as good. I had some pain, nothing too major. Not sure what the cause was.

- Deadlift = 400lbs
- Squat = 243lbs
- Bench = 237lbs----->>>Now 253lbs (half way through)
- Chinup 3rm = 223lbs
- Broad Jump = 85 inches

I'm weight 175ish. so trying to get back to 180 and keep the 10% bf or even lower. But really want to see 180.
Took today off from lifting.
