I'll post yesterday's workout in just a few.

Eating has been horrible this weekend. Went to the baseball game and had ballpark food. Body fat jumped up. sigh

11 x 45
5 x 95
6 x 95
10 x 65
8 x 65

Preacher Curls
10 x 55 x 4

Hammer Curls
8 x 20e
6 x 20e
5 x 20e

Skull Crushers
8 x 65
6 x 65
8 x 55 x 2

Uni Pull Down
14 x 30 x 2

Kickback

Worked out with a friend, which was a great change of pace. Some of those above were with a spot on the last set so not sure totally accurate. It was great pushing myself, and being able to push through. Also, having someone check my form and keep me honest was great.

Awesome numbers man! And I definitely agree, I love having a spotter because you lose that panic button in your mind. You know, the "oh shit I really shouldn't attempt this last rep" thing haha.

And you saw them lose. That is unless you went to the Super Regional.

Confused here. I saw "them" lose yes, but would have also seen my team lose if I had gone to the Super Regional as well. Not a happy day for baseball

Those guys are at every gym. Everyone has a giant at their gym curling more I bench. I am glad I keep a workout log because I can look back at what I was doing a year ago and be proud of my progress. I'll never be the strongest guy in the gym, but I am stronger than I used to be, which is all I ask.

Keep up the good work!

Flat DB
9 x 70e x 2
6 x 75e
3 x 75e

DB Fly
10 x 40e
10 x 45e x 3

Incline DB
7 x 55e
6 x 55e
7 x 55e
6 x 55e

Lat Pull down
10 x 90
9 x 100

Low Row
10 x 90
9 x 100

Flat and Fly went up. Incline didn't, but I was worn out after the previous two. Bent over row - still unsure on the form.

Legs

Squats
7 x 115
6 x 135
6 x 155
6 x 185
6 x 205
4 x 225 (didn't go down as deeply on the last 2 as I should have - chickened out)

My leg presses weren't as strong as I wanted, but I think it's because I was just spent after squats. At least I got back to 225 there, though didn't go down as deeply as I should have on the last two at 225.

Leg press
10 x 180
10 x 270
8 x 360
7 x 360
6 x 360

Leg Curls
10 x 50
10 x 70 x 2
7 x 60
8 x 50

Calves
30 x 360 x 2
26 x 360
27 x 360
26 x 360 x 2
24 x 360
21 x 360

If you are really pushing it on the squats, you don't need no stinkin' leg presses. I bet you were feeling in during the leg presses.

How are your calves? It looks like you did around 200 reps at 360. DOMS? craziness.

My legs are definitely sore from squats and presses.

Calves I don't feel ... yet. usually days 2 and 3.
