The last time I went to a resort I managed to get great workouts by playing the organized pool games. I have a scar on my shoulder from an especially intense game of water polo with a bunch of crazy guys from Australia. I am serious. It was 309 minutes of intense competition.
I also managed to break a sweat playing a mean game of mini-golf, but that was mostly caused by the 95 degree heat.

partly for that reason (though hardly a noticeable result) and partly that I was too exhausted from the sun/drinks to train legs!

Hey you might have felt weak but I think those numbers up there don't represent it. Awesome job as always!

Yes, I agree, Richie. Your numbers look great. Pretty big numbers for higher rep sets.

Hey, doing BSS after max effort squats is no mean feat. Those don't look like "weak" numbers to me, man. Keep working and improvements will come.
