OK, great. Was wondering where you got to. Congrats on the bf loss.

I stuck with it faithfully. I had fridges stocked with cheese sticks, pepperoni, etc. But just wasn't going where I wanted. So now in a different place and seeing better results.
notes: Crap. What is up with the chest strength? All I can blame it on is the cold medicine hangover I had at 5 am - picked up a cold last week traveling. hopefully, will be back to normal soon.
and that should be 205 on the chest press above, not 105. I really am about of it.
Fixed it for ya.
As for the workout, at least you were there, man. That's saying something, especially when you're not really feeling up to it. Make sure you get plenty of rest and get that bug kicked.

Hope you're feeling better today, Richie. BSS's are coming along nicely ... 30s!!

Glad your feeling better. I am scared of box jumps for just that reason. I know depending on where in the workout they would come, I would face plant on at least 1 rep and that would be the end of those.
Flat Bench Barbell - 185/205 (4)/185
Seated Lat Pull - 100/100/100
Deadlift - 95/95/95
Seated Mil Press - 40/45/55e
Hammer Curls - 35/35/40
Tri Pull Down - 100/120/120
Note - The deadlift was ugly. I haven't done them in 9 months, and even back then, I think I only did them maybe 3 times. I had to concentrate on form. I kept feeling them in my lower back. Not sure that is correct.
Anyway, still feeling frustrated.
Are you using straps? You're can feel it in your lower back, however, at the top point of the movement the tension should shift to your upper back.
Thanks, Ryan. Not using straps. I'm not sure if I'm feeling it in the upper back like you say. On this new regiment, I alternate weeks between squats and DL's - I believe this week is DL, so will pay more attention.
Good to see your back into it, and that you upped that box height

It was definitely time to up it. It's just that at 5 am, I'm not the most coordinated person in the world. Fortunately, only one person so my bobble on the landing.

For bodybuilding purposes, yes. (SHH, don't let some other people on this forum hear that!)
Straps allow you to shift the weight to your upper back with your forearms or small hands (both in my case) limit you. I used to never use straps, I don't know what I was thinking.
Ryan, you're talking to yourself. Never a good sign.

I may have to give it a shot. Rob already dogs me for using gloves. So the straps wouldn't be that large of a jump.
