Yeah, doing pretty well. Exhausted as I'm traveling this week. But the toe has gone from black and blue to red and blue. It looks better.

My body fat has dropped significantly in the past month and only lost 1-2 lbs, so fairly happy with the progress here.

The TNT diet didn't work for you! What happened? Did you cheat or did it just not work for you?

I stuck with it faithfully. I had fridges stocked with cheese sticks, pepperoni, etc. But just wasn't going where I wanted. So now in a different place and seeing better results.

Hope the cold gets better. I can not take cold medicine. I feel like a zombie after using it for days.

Fixed it for ya.

As for the workout, at least you were there, man. That's saying something, especially when you're not really feeling up to it. Make sure you get plenty of rest and get that bug kicked.

10e x 30e x 2
9e x 30e

Pullthroughs
11 x 37.5
11 x 42.5
11 x 47.5

Weighted Abs Chair/Lift
10 x BW+20

Glad your feeling better. I am scared of box jumps for just that reason. I know depending on where in the workout they would come, I would face plant on at least 1 rep and that would be the end of those.

Seriously!

I'm barely doing them with bodyweight. I can't imagine adding 60lbs to that.

Seated Mil Press - 40/45/55e

Tri Pull Down - 100/120/120

Note - The deadlift was ugly. I haven't done them in 9 months, and even back then, I think I only did them maybe 3 times. I had to concentrate on form. I kept feeling them in my lower back. Not sure that is correct.

Anyway, still feeling frustrated.
Are you using straps? You're can feel it in your lower back, however, at the top point of the movement the tension should shift to your upper back.

Thanks, Ryan. Not using straps. I'm not sure if I'm feeling it in the upper back like you say. On this new regiment, I alternate weeks between squats and DL's - I believe this week is DL, so will pay more attention.

Would staps make a difference?

It was definitely time to up it. It's just that at 5 am, I'm not the most coordinated person in the world. Fortunately, only one person so my bobble on the landing.

For bodybuilding purposes, yes. (SHH, don't let some other people on this forum hear that!)

Straps allow you to shift the weight to your upper back with your forearms or small hands (both in my case) limit you. I used to never use straps, I don't know what I was thinking.

I may have to give it a shot. Rob already dogs me for using gloves. So the straps wouldn't be that large of a jump.

nah, ditch the gloves, get some calluses and strap it up! Right, Rob? (That might be more of a clubhouse joke!)

no idea on the inside jokes there. I'll just leave it alone.

But yeah, thinking about straps now.

Nice work, Ritchie. What program is this anyway? (I know I can look back on the pages but I'd rather have you explain it)
