What Gabe said. Nice work, Chris. The bodyweight bench is impressive too - no way I could come close to those numbers. Great job.

Yesterday was a rest day for both of us, and a Sunday, so we pretty much just sat around the house all day. I feel pretty good today.
Thanks for the kind words. I know I'll never be an elite lifter or anything, but it feels good to crawl under that bar and feel confident you can do something that just a few years ago would have been impossible. After the initial gains this last month or two, I'm really interested to see these workouts come up a 3rd time. Just to see if I can maintain that curve.
Crossfit!
Warmup (3 Rounds)
Samson Stretch
10x Overhead Squat with broomstick
10x Situps
10x Supermans
10x Chinup (Kippers)
10x Dips
Time: Forgot to set my watch
Workout
Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
Post loads to comments.
115-135-145-145-145-145-145
I'll make no bones about it. I suck at these. They just feel all wrong. Wrist flexibility isn't there on the hold, explosiveness isn't there on the drive. Bleh. Mechanically I think I was average, but I need some serious practice.

Angie looks like a killer. I debated doing it, and decided instead to just stick to my NROL workout. I will be trying this one soon though!!

That is a lot of weight. I'd almost like to see that one.

Ya know, we have tried to take some vids before, but we only have our normal digital cameras. The vid is so dark in our dungeon weight room that you can't see anything at all.

I work out in a large commercial gym they won't let me take video at all. I take it you aren't in the mood to buy lights.
