Oh not a long time, but I wasn't really watching. Probably 2-3 min.

I was thinking there was a chance that it wouldn't have been enough time. 2-3 minutes is enough time though.

Nice job Chris. I think 120 pull-ups would take me 3 days.
And nice job on the bench PR the other day.

Thanks!

Its not as bad as it might sound.

today is an xfit rest day, but I took one yesterday, so going to do a bit of weight work today. This will mainly be slow deliberate work to turn up form a bit. Sometimes while getting caught up in xfit workouts, the form takes a hit. I like to take a day here or there to fix it up a bit.

Deadlifts:
5x275
5x275
4x295
4x295

ATG Squats
5x205
5x205
3x225
3x225

Ah, I was wondering where you'd been. Hope you get to log more often!

Going to squeeze in a workout in between my nurse maid duties. If you didn't see, Mel has Pneumonia. It takes allot to bring that gal down, but this one has her on almost exclusive bed rest.

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups
Post time to comments.

Sorry to hear about Mel, Chris. That's rough. I hope she's on the mend before too long. Please pass on my best wishes for a quick recovery.
