Nice job Zach and Chris.

Go here CrossFit Ramona, Krav Maga San Diego, CrossFitKids Magazine, self defense, kids fitness - Brand X Martial Arts for a scaled version of every day's WOD.

No shame at all!

And thank you guys for stopping by. Been away for a bit here, so jumping back into it today.

Crossfit

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Post loads to comments.

Zach: 75, 85, 95, 95, 85, 85, 85

Chris: 315, 365, 365, 365, 365, 355, 355

Was feeling pretty lame today and the weights showed it. Defiantly not one of my better days. I thought Zach did pretty good though. His form looks good if he can consistently start in the same position. When he sets up wrong he gets really frustrated.

Funny think I noticed about him that I think we all could learn from...when he isn't thinking too much about it, he drops down into a very good deadlift form...very natural, but when the weights go up, and he's thinking to hard, things get out of whack. I let the weight get to my head sometimes too....watching him really made me think about it.

Wow, that sucked, or maybe I sucked. Don't really know. It was all I could do though to get that post done and then lay on the floor.

Zach pushed really hard, I thought he did great. Mel was pretty awsome too, but we need to work on some of her form. Its tough though in the middle of something like that to stick to good form.

Overall it was a fun night all doing the same thing.

I know - one workout my trainer had me do seemed like a Crossfit style workout and I said so. He said he liked Crossfit workouts - and I said, why doesn't that surprise me?

I think it's great all you guys are working out together. I've got a few more years before I can do that with my kids. Congrats.

Good work. I cheated and subbed Hang Clean and Press. Gotta spend some time learning to Snatch. BTW, that's some pretty strong benching. Do you know your 1RM?

Another lunch workout! thats two this week!

Lower body, Hip Dominant

Deadlift:
6x295
6x295
4x295

Good Mornings:
8x135
8x135
8x135

Swiss ball bridge with leg curl:
8x
8x
8x

Yesterday and today I took the lunch stuff pretty easy. I've been falling into a bad circle lately of lifting hard, then skipping cause I was too sore. I wanted to get in and get the initial workouts in with an intensity that was enough, but not too much.

I'm not sure if I could work out with my wife. I'll have to ponder that one. I'm trying to convince her to start a log. We'll take baby steps.

Workouts are looking good, Chris. I like the lunch time gym invasions.
