So I got to thinking yesterday that I could probably get 115lbs on a chinup, and that my wife weights...like 115!

So last night I had her climb on my back and I gave it a go. I got up to about my forehead, but that was it. We were still both in street clothes, so in workout clothes I might be able to pull it off. That would def be video worthy!

Now you know whats its like to live in our house, hah!

I can't tell you how odd/fascinating this was. If he gets it, we'll find a way to shoot it for sure. Although I can tell you now that it's going to look strange.

And let's just hope youtube doesn't delete it for inappropriate content.

How come this wasn't featured in your log, mel?

Cool Bill!

He is pretty good actually, no clue where he got rhythm though. Neither of his parents have any...

Kinda scary when you communicate on the net, eh? You're gonna be just like the Reds pretty soon.

I was going to make some snappy comment about the street clothes adding weight and that to get the real 115 you would have to do it...well without the street clothes but sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. Isn't married life grand?

That was a tremendous improvement on the running time.

Hah!

We've always talked mainly over email during the day. I'm not sure she has ever called me at work, ever...

Get your minds out of the gutter! =-)

And thanks for the props on the run. I'm never going to be very fast, but its nice to get that under a 9min mile.

After you achieve (not the careful wording so it does say something like "nailed") that you can start adding children for additional weight.

Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

Post time to comments.

I just didn't have it today. I ate like crap all day, and had to stop at one puny round. Bleh....

This one is nuts, 126 L Pull-ups and full squats snatches was way too hard to even consider. I'm impressed you even tried. I subbed a home made WOD I found on the message boards because I'm old and weak.
