My grip sucks. Need to improve it for heavier DLs.
I should be doing more lateral rolls, but my God, they are so boring.
I'm bitching a lot, but I'm happy to have gotten the workout in when I felt so flat today. Also pleased to see the poundages steadily creeping upward. It takes my mind off the scale, which keeps reminding me that I've strayed too often from the diet lately.

But as long as the workouts go well, that doesn't bother me quite so much.
