I remember being pretty self conscious myself when I was doing those. It doesn't look like you're doing anything, but it's actually a lot of work to remain stabilized.

The problem might not be the ball, Chris. :p

You could be on to something. It seems to be properly inflated when my wife uses it.

Random Stuff: Usually do cardio at my "lunch-time gym" but didn't feel like doing a cardio session after having done one yesterday at lunch. Didn't have time for a BOM session so ended up just doing some random lifting - whatever struck me at the moment. Killed 45 minutes. (I will have a long walk with my son trick-or-treating tonight ....)

Comments: The ab work was tough as I'd done a bunch of rollouts on Wednesday and my abs were feeling some DOMS. I almost collapsed with my nose on the floor when I started the BB rollouts! As for the rest, once again Ian King delivers up a humbling routine. Lots of wide grip .... LOTS. And then 1.5s and 21s to add to the mix. It seemed almost embarassing how little weight I was moving but it was hard ... damned hard, especially trying to respect the tempos as I'm doing. Bent-over rows is MUCH harder when you have to hold the bar to your chest for 2 seconds! The dips felt good, but I couldn't quite eke those last few out in what was supposed to be a 15 rep set. I got 12 then had to pause for about 10 seconds before finishing off the last 3. Close ... next time. All in all a good session, but humbling, as I said.

Solid work out Rob. That looks like a ton of work in there.

Once again, Ian King dishes out the humility. That's some tough work, Rob. But you'll be totally badass when it's done!

November 5/07
Cardio: Stationary bike - 11 minutes (HIIT - 12 intervals at 15 sec (140+rpm)/30 sec (80rpm); one minute warmup and cooldown); StairMaster - 15 minutes (hill program at level 12) = TOTAL: 26 mins
This was a quick one as I didn't really allow myself enough time. Would like to have done some stretching/MM but had to be back at the office for a meeting.

LOL, Gabe. Yes, I had time for a quick shower. I don't think my colleagues would put up with it otherwise. Tony, I'll give that some serious thought.
I was kind of pissed off generally workout-wise yesterday because I should have done my BoM workout but I had an evening meeting and couldn't fit it in. That has screwed up my entire workout plan this week because Th and Fr evenings are off-limits and I don't really think I should be doing back-to-back Tu/We workouts. That means a long break between Tu and Sa. I'll see how it goes tonight and how I feel tomorrow - perhaps I'll do a back-to-back anyway if I'm feeling OK - not ideal but I hate the thought of such a long period between w/o's. It would really effectivley mean skipping one w/o this week.
