Comments: I felt good today - back is almost pain-free. Yay! Increased weights virtually across the board (other than the DL). Had a fun 2-hour snowshoe trek on Mt. Seymour with my son yesterday - beautiful weather and great conditions. First time snow-shoeing in ages but we both enjoyed ourselves a lot so we might get into it a little more. Lots of trails in the local mountains to explore!

That's all we really care about. It has nothing to do with your progress or any of that other mundane crap.

and I once dated a PT where I went for knee rehab. Of course, those were in my single days. She was HOT.

I KNEW I missed PT for a reason. Not that this person was hot (I don't swing that way), but a couple of the med techs in there were.

See, I'm conscientious enough of my reading audience to note the scenery in my log

(Yes, I did just advertise MY log within YOUR log )

Great news about the back and the workout is looking really solid.
I am envious of that trek in the snow. That must have been breath taking.

Ben, you realize that "advertise my log" is definitely a double entendre ... Please refrain from such advertisements in the future ...

No, the PT is not hot, though she has a cute French accent. The chiropractor on the other hand is definitely hot.

Dadgummit, and I edited that comment several times so as to clean it up (just imagine how it started out)

Oh, yeah, yeah, good to hear about the back

Hit the gym at lunch and just did whatever I felt like. Ended up as:

StairMaster: 10 minutes hill intervals @ level 12

Superset A
BB Bench: 8 @ 135; 8 @ 145; 8 @ 155
Machine Row: 3X8 @ 70

Superset B:
Incline Press: 3X8 @ 55s
BB Row: 3X15 @ 60?

Back feels pretty good. Still a bit of a catch in the glute but not bad.

I forgot to mention that I finished NROL Break-In. I think I will continue on with NROL and do one of the fat loss programs. Guess I should start a new log since this title doesn't really make sense any longer ..... nah!

Just for the record, Rob doing good is just something that I assume...it's boring. When he lets us know about this hot chick twisting him up in a pretzel...that's cool stuff.

Good news about the back, Rob. The two hour hike sounded nice. The Master J must have slept well that night.
