I am now shooting for 2000 calories/weekday, with 145g pro/fat and 30g cho. I'm seeing bodyfat diminish but not scale weight as much. Being a chick, I'm ruled by the scale somewhat, so I need it to cooperate, too.
Oh yeah, so I give myself a big NO for Monday.

Not compliant yesterday.... I went over by 200 calories... by the time the concert got out last night I was freaking hungry and needed to get something to eat.
Yesterday is a big NO.

Off day for me today. I will be doing some mobility work later tonight. Calories are LOW on off days which sucks. I did well though. I am really ready for a cheat meal though. I'm thinking I want one this weekend. Not sure yet.
Off Day
Calories = 10xTBW
Protein = 1.2-1.6xTBW
Fat = whatever is left over
Carbs = LOW
My totals for the day
Calories = 1221
Protein = 151g
Fat = 51g/38%
Carbs = 36g/12%
Compliant again. Boring. I want something BAD to eat!

I busted today. No excuses for this one...wife made good food and I ate it. DAMN! Thought about using a cheat day but without knowing the calories I don't know if I busted the calories or not so let's just take a failure on this one.
For those that are curious I broke to:
toast w\ swiss cheese, salami, pesto, roasted peppers
banana bread
there were other things involved but those two fucked me on the portion control!
