I did some lifting today. I wasn't sure if I should categorize it as a "hard lift" or an "easier lift" day. It was sort of a crappy session, so I went with...

Easier Lifting Day
Calories = 13xTBW (1560)
Protein = 1gxTBW (120g)
Fat = 30-35% of total
Carbs = whatever is left over

My totals for the day
Calories = 1519
Protein = 118g
Fat = 37%
Carbs = 119g/31%

Compliant again. Somebody's gotta screw up sooner or later.

I had my second cheat of the week. Otherwise compliant. Don't have the total numbers because of the cheat, but my percentages were good based on what I could count. 30% protein, 20% fat before the cheat (a couple bites of some yummy brownie and some cheese fries).

Still cruising along...

Off days suck. I have to eat LOW cal and HIGH protein. I'm did a little better with it than last time though. I will be doing my mobility work a little later tonight.

Off Day
Calories = 10xTBW
Protein = 1.2-1.6xTBW
Fat = whatever is left over
Carbs = LOW

My totals for the day
Calories = 1227
Protein = 166g
Fat = 34%
Carbs = 36g

Hmmm. Compliant again. Have a good weekend everyone! Enjoy your carb fest Tina! You've earned it.

Yay for weekend! Fresh coffee and pizza for breakfast...sleeping till 7. It's the good life. Kind of tearing up a little bit here

It was supposed to be a hard lift today, but my messed-up shoulder ended my OL session early. So I switched it up to an easier lifting day.

Easier Lifting Day
Calories = 13xTBW (1560)
Protein = 1gxTBW (120g)
Fat = 30-35% of total
Carbs = whatever is left over

My totals for the day
Calories = 1524
Protein = 126g
Fat = 35%
Carbs = 129g/31%

Compliant! I'm doing a heavy lifting day tomorrow so I can EAT!

Jill, sorry about that shoulder.

So much compliance, here! Two weeks in and we're doing so well.

It is SO fricking annoying when I accidentally close the window as I'm trying to type!

2450
CHO 400g (76 of it fiber, holy moley!)
Pro 80g
Fat 67g

Very clean food day, and not nearly as fun as I was expecting...
but compliant.

YUCK, those macros look boring. Did you eat an entire box of cheerios or something? No fun eating cheesecake or anything huh?

Boring is an understatement. Here's basically what I ate:

oatmeal
oatmeal
micro popcorn
fruit
oatmeal
yam
green beans
ciabatta roll
sunflower butter
oatmeal
cappuccino from starbucks
southwestern salad
a tiny bit of tomato bisque soup that sucked ass, so I dumped it
oatmeal
oatmeal
oatmeal
oatmeal

I am SICK of oatmeal...

Today I have some veggie burgers that are low protein waiting for me, along with some baked fries. I ALSO have some ravioli and a sourdough roll. Things are looking up.

I've been so NOT prepared for my high days. As a result, I've had oatmeal about 15 times in the past two weekends. My daughter told me that I must love it so much that I should marry it. I now pronounce you man and grain.

Of course, on my list, I can replace a few doses of oats with their nutritional equivelent; the donut.

Next weekend, I'll be more prepared...
