sunflower seeds are fun, too. you have to pick shelled ones, then pick unshelled from the choice of shelled types. Nice and intuitive.

fitday is based on the USDA Nutrient Database - the documentation found here
says this about "separable"
Quote:
|
For meat cuts containing bone and connective tissue, the amount of connective tissue is included in the value given for bone. Separable fat is not shown as refuse if the meat is described as separable lean and fat. Separable fat generally refers to seam fat and intramuscular fat.Separable lean refers to muscle tissue that can be readily separated from the intact cut; it includes any fat striations (marbling) within the muscle. For boneless cuts, the refuse values apply to connective tissue or connective tissue plus separable fat.

Oh please. that's a sad-assed "cheat" hmph.
I cheated yesterday. In fact, since i'd been perfectly compliant all week, I used both my cheats yesterday. And that cake was GOOOOOOOOD.
Then, since today is the start of a new week, I also just used one of me 2 cheats for this week. On more cake.
Now my house is cake free and I am happily carbed up.
Now THAT is a cheat.
No, I didn't go overboard. It was actually only the cake that made it a cheat. Numbers were fine yesterday otherwise. So suck it.
I'm still fully compliant, and ya'll are gonna looooose....

I did a Ross GPP this morning, but it was sort of an interval running GPP so I classified it as an...
Easier Cardio Day
Calories = 11xTBW (1320)
Protein = 1.2gxTBW
Fat = whatever is left over
Carbs = 10-15% of total
My Totals for the Day
Calories = 1331
Protein = 158g
Fat = 53g (37%)
Carbs = 57g (14%)
Yet another compliant day. I'll post my one-week loss tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Yesterday turned into 10Xbw since all I did was walk. I didn't get all my protein in either.

I'm assuming you've started HELL right? Getting in all the protein is TOUGH! I struggle with that too. Last night I had to drink a 2-scoop protein shake to make up for my deficit. You'll get used to it.

That's tough on that amount of P. I eat a lot of P at times, so I could so easily go a day on nothing but meat and chicken...
But, sometimes I don't want meat and chicken, I want eggs. But, eggs have a lot of fat, that makes it hard to bump up the P enough to get the right amount. Instead of egg whites or sucking it up with and extra two eggs, I drink 10g worth of protein powder on the side.
Protein powder is best used as a supplement, anyway. It's not filling to me, so using it to get a little extra, alongside the real food, seems to work best for me.
I'm having an omelette in a bit. But, I just drank a little mocha of coffee, protein powder, Splenda, and unsweetened cocoa powder. You won't have to choke THAT down!
