You're still playing? You still think you have a chance?
That optimism IS refreshing. Obviously misplaced, but still. In stead of trying to beat me you might want to channel those happy thoughts into something you can actually accomplish...writing a Broadway play, becoming an astronaut or President. There's not a whole lot of point in going after a dream you ain't ever going to reach.
Good luck to everyone. If it weren't for the losers I couldn't be a winner. So each and every one of ya'all has done their little part in contributing to my awesomeness. I appreciate it.

Oh gobbla, you're so cute. Your impotent raving is like the guy who's tailgating trying to get me to go faster. You don't realize it's not you who's in control here, and that ENDLESSLY amuses me.

I'm pretty sure you're high. That's the only thing that could explain your delusional state. Besides dementia due to your advanced age, of course.

Day two was tougher than day one. I woke up early to catch a flight and was suprised that room service didn't start until 6am. I needed to leave the hotel at 6am! Damn. So I ate at the airport and that isn't an easy task. Ended up with a breakfast sandwich (steak, eggs, cheese on a whole wheat roll) which I ate without the bread and cheese. It sucked. I also ate some crappy yoghurt w/blueberries. The rest of the day was spent trying to piece together a decent day of food. I didn't eat nearly enough veggies, but I got lots of fruit and protein.
I lifted today, not OLing though. Which means...
Easier Lifting Day
Calories = 13xTBW (1560)
Protein = 1gxTBW (120g)
Fat = 30-35% of total
Carbs = whatever is left over
My totals for the day
Calories = 1570
Protein = 139g
Fat = 36%
Carbs = 95g/22%
So I count this day as compliant.
Oh, I took my measurements today...in case of a tie. Oh brother, not good. I guess I unintentionally bulked this summer!

I'm in. I'm shooting for 90% or better compliance to my meal plan. I haven't actually changed my meal plan, so it's posted in my training log. That works out to four cheats a week.
One thing I'm going to change is that I need to have a "cheat list". A list of foods I'm allowed to count as a single cheat. It sounds weird, but it'll keep me from getting hungry and saying "oh well, it's a cheat!" and having 2-3 things. I'll make a list of reasonable off-plan meals when I'm not starving and totally rational.

And here I figured you'd be grateful for the attention. Not too often a fatty gets to be in the spotlight. You're welcome.

Otto, Otto, Otto. Four CHEATS a weak?
Oh, sorry, I meant "week." It's soooo easy to confuse the two here...
Seriously, do you mean four non-compliant meals? Like you're on Berardi's Lean Eating and you have a meal with bread where it's not after a workout? That's non-compliant. Pie is a cheat. Onion rings are a cheat. Four cheats a week makes me fat, four non-compliant meals makes me sane.

The diet was easier today since I'm home from my trip.
Today I did a Ross GPP (chins, med ball slams, burpees, jumping jacks). So, I counted today as "hard cardio" day which means...
Hard Cardio Day
Calories = 12xTBW (1440)
Protein = 1gxTBW (120g)
Fat = 30-35% of total
Carbs = whatever is left over
My totals for the day
Calories = 1508
Protein = 132g
Fat = 31%
Carbs = 120g
So another compliant day!
