i just realized i made a mistake on last mondays workout...theres no way the snatch was close to 64kg....stupid math haha.
missed the workout yesterday, so i moved it to this morning. wasn't feeling all to great yesterday, i ended up sleeping the day away.

was seeing stars after i finished the 6 squats at 315...haha

DB bench press - was tough on the 3rd set, i knew i had to drop down from 75 because that was tough to finish up.
overall went good, i don't like working out in the morning like this haha
