Starting May 1st some or all of our family is traveling every other weekend until we finally arrive at home on June 21st. So, I've spent the entire month (and will spend the most of next month) trying to catch up. Akkkk!

I finally (once the kids left the house) gave in to this in a real way. I got rid of all the dressers in my house except for one (underwear drawere) and all the rest of my clothing goes into a big chest. I just fold them from the dryer and dump them in the chest. I mean why pretend?

Ok, another workout ... Yay me!!

Foam rolling and stretching x 20 minutes.
Elliptical x 45 minutes
*Max HR = 127
*Ave HR = 114
*Cals = 290
More foam rolling and stretching x 10 minutes.

Feeling tight and sore this morning. Not really DOMS, just tight ... really really tight. My neck is all fachined too ... I've got the kinks mostly worked out, but ... MEH.

Elliptical felt good.

And I folded ALL the laundry yesterday ... I know, I know ... superMOM!!

Eats will be 100% on track again. Planning corn on the cob with dinner!! First of the season. I'm sure it will be horrible, but I had to get it!!

Fachined = F'ed up
pronounced FA-cheen-ed

Not sure where it came from ... probably my husband. He's got many weird slang words he uses in place of actual cuss words!!

Nice job getting in some workouts but the laundry impresses me even more! I never fold ours. It just gets shoved into available drawers.

Yes, one of life's biggest accomplishments ... washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry all in the same 48 hour period!!

Lifestyle day today ... no formal workout so lower calories, but will be on the go go go. Getting the kids packed and ready and to Grammy and Papa's ... and then getting Matt and me packed and ready and off to Goose Pond!! Busy busy busy ... but I'm really excited about our weekend away sans kids!!

No internet up North, so I won't be able to check in again until Sunday ... have a great weekend everyone!!
