Thanks guys for laughing with me!

Marty, you are welome for the dressing recipes ... how did they turn out?

Jill, well, you know ... if the stress were under my control it would be gone ... but since I'm at his mercy, ... not so much. The two most recent very stressful events have passed, but as I feared, he has moved on to obsessing about something else. Things were really bad this week because he was getting so paranoid and borderline delusional again. He promises that he didn't have any of the auditory hallucinations, but he was having some pretty bizzare thoughts. Sigh. I just want my husband back ... I miss him so much it physically hurts. Who is this guy who has taken over his mind and his body? It would seem that the Lexapro is doing nothing. I am pretty sure we are going to have to go back to some sort of anti-psychotic. Which scares the crap out of me since he was sooooo not himself on those. Sigh. I have spent a lot of time crying in the past few days.

Pity party over ...

After two days of eating off my plan, I am back on track. The stress is still triggering cravings, but I am doing all I can to avoid them.

Tomorrow Matt's Godson has his confirmation ... so we are going to visit friends for that. It should be nice to see them ... they are also Michaela's Godparents ... and two of the best people you could ever meet. She's so considerate, she told me the menu in advance ... and told me that she bought a scale!!! I love her!!

I have paperwork to finish up today ... but I'm procrastinating. I guess I should go do it ...

Stress is never a good thing. You just have to do your best under the circumstances and not beat yourself up because you had a couple bad days. You also need to take care of you too. You are JUST as important as all the other problems. Remember that. Big hugs and I hope things get better and you guys find your answers. I know you will!

Ah, Julie, I am so sorry to hear this. Those anti-psychotics work wonders, but the side effects are just terrible (for him and for you to deal with). You are a very strong woman to handle all of this. Hang in there.

Oh Julie... I am so sorry to hear things are on the blink again with DH. I don't know what to say that might help but hopefully just having the ears and empanthy are some sort of consoul for you. That sort of emotional/physical pain that you feel, I know too. It seems only a significant other can draw that. You can have as many pity parties as you want in your log.

Dang, woman. You deal with so much in your personal life, plus work, and you still give endlessly to people here on the forum. Normal people would have long ago taken a trip to the funny farm. I guess that makes you abnormal?

Hang in there. You're in my prayers.

{{{{{{{{{HUGS FOR JULIE}}}}}}}}}}}}

Sorry, Charlie. I really wish I could help! The internet is great, but having friends that you can't physically help sucks.

Take care, dudette.

I'm also sorry about the stress, Julie. Also sending hugs and happy thoughts your way.

On a completely different topic, the dressing came out great! I made the Italian one and it is delicious. Thanks again.
