Thanks Karla!
Nice 2 1/2 mile walk this morning ... the sun was shining, there was a nice breeze, and the birds were singing!

Finished my client and just have paperwork to complete now!

Heh. I like your superwomen....
So, I pulled up your log and immediately felt guilty and started stretching while reading.
Nice job, chica.

Thanks guys! Yes, my workouts with Leigh are much better ... I do not feel exhausted and drained afterward ... and I even am looking forward to LISS!!!
D1+D2 are PNF Diagonals ... Craig Ballantyne actually demonstrates them at about the 2 minute mark in this video.
LISS workout this morning ... spent half of it on the bike and then my butt fell asleep (serious pain) and so I switched over to the elliptical for the last 23 minutes or so. 45 minutes total. HR 115-125. ~300 calories burned. Followed by about 15 minutes of stretching/mobility work.
Had NO hunger yesterday ... I had to force myself to eat. Weird. Weight has been the same for the past three days, but I know I am retaining a ton of fluid (ovulation is a few days late) as my watch is leaving marks and I have had pitting in my shins the past two evenings!
Was supposed to go for a nice hike this morning with my parents and the girls, but my mom just called to say that she banged her toe the other day and can't get into a sneaker or hiking shoe. Bummer. It's going to be in the mid-70s today so I need to plan something outside!!
Have a nice day!

Bingo!
Well, we ended up going to Dinosaur State Park. They have a nice exhibit of some dinosaur tracks and other stuff, then outside there is a picnic area and some great walking trails. We did a nice loop there. I thought it might be more crowded since this week many schools have April vacation, but there was barely anyone there! Fun stuff!
