Ha! Yes ... but I have loads that don't fit me now and likely will in the coming month ... I don't mind trucking up and down to the attic for that, but I've got to get some respectable T-shirts out; it is no longer turtleneck season!!

Eats 100% on track for the past 3 days ... today is my low calorie day and I wasn't hungry once. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing ...

I am doing a resistance workout tomorrow ... all planned in my log and I also have my meals all planned for tomorrow too.

Sounds like a good thing to me - GREAT job on being 100% on-track - something for me to aspire to!

Thanks Bytsi and Tracey!! It feels good to finally be heading in the right direction!

Oh, and my Teavana order came today!!! I LOVE my perfect tea maker thingy!!

I've had ...

Almond Biscotti
Pistachio Apple Pie

And I'm brewing as we speak
Azteca Fire

I also have to try ...
Mate Vana (which I will have tomorrow morning)
Lemon Green
ChocoNut Green Tea

Mmmmm ... the Azteca smells delishious ... and I wanted to eat the "tea"!!!

Gotta go enjoy my tea!!

Tina,
The almond biscotti was good ... not as good as I wanted it to be though. The pistachio apple pie was YUMMY and I loved the Azteca Fire last night. Going to have Mate Vana in a few minutes.

Workout this morning ...
Elliptical x 45 minutes at HR 120 bpm
Cals burned ~325

Mobility/flexibility/foam rolling x 15 minutes

Lower back is a bit stiff/sore this morning from those darn windmills! Ah ... must be an area I need to work!!

Down another bit this morning!
