Yea ... he now snores on his side ... never used to. I could just tap him lightly and he'd roll over. Not anymore!!

Julie's Log ... all about snoring ... no workouts at all!! Ha Ha!!

Really, I have been doing stuff, just not logging it ...

Saturday - nice fast walk with hubby (no kids to slow us down)

Sunday - 30 mins on the elliptical; 25 minutes power yoga

I'm sure Leigh will change that workout/snore ratio soon enough.

OOOH! I looooove FS/PP combos, or FS/Jerks. Awesome, Julie, glad you're back in the game (finally).

PS Is the bugg giving you a surprising number? I was amazed at what my baseline "burn" is, even if off by 10% or so (I believe that's what Leigh said, IIRC). Very interesting stuff.

I'm more amazed at the burn I have with lower intensity things like walking and LISS on the elliptical!! Oh, and putting clean sheets on the bed was pretty high!! If I'm just sitting doing nothing (which isn't very often) my burn is pretty low. Without any "real" workouts, I've burned about 2500 calories each day (average). I'm really interested to see where she puts my intake ...

LOVE the new member title!!!! Interesting stuff about the burn rates! Makes me want to get off my butt more often (which unfortunately is kinda hard to do when I'm tied to the computer for 8+ hours a day!)

Ooh, good idea! Just don't do it in one of those kids' ball pits. I got kicked out of a McDonald's once a few years ago for playing in one. Those balls are too soft to do much good.
