Busy work weekend ... still feeling really drained. Not sure what that is all about. I've been getting 8+/- hours of sleep each night, mostly uninterrupted too. I'm just still tired which tells me that I am still fighting this bug. I was hoping to start back at NROL4W tomorrow, but I know from experience (especially with Alwyn's programs) that I'll just feel like crap if I push through it. So I hope to start back to some foam rolling and yoga tomorrow. Maybe by midweek I'll be able to do some complexes or something.
Eats have been okay ... hit the chocolate a bit this weekend ... ovulation is the time for me ...

Glad to hear you are starting to feel better! Me, too! I managed to get some yoga in today, and a bit of stretching. I'm hoping to hit the weights tomorrow.
Rest up.....feel better!!!

Cold Snap. Love the stuff. Has helped hugely every time I've gotten sick no matter what it was. It's a Whole Foods, not sure where else might. But, even says on the bottle... "Restores your righteous chi."
(with how much I've been recommending it lately, I should buy stock)

LOL. Julie get well soon. As for the NROL4W , why not lighten it a bit : more time between sets or less reps w same weights or even 1 set less?

Hey Julie...I hope you're all better soon! My little guy got a stomach bug Sunday night and is stll lethargic and floppy today. Poor kid has never been sick before so he was so confused when he "felt like he was going to burp" and he vomited instead.

UGH ... glad I didn't have the pukeys! Just lots of sneezing, coughing, hacking, snuffling, etc. BUT finally feeling better ... yesterday I felt almost normal until about 4:00 ... good energy etc.
Did some good foam rolling and tennis ball rolling last night along with some good static yoga postures (mostly for the hips). Slept great last night. Ahhhhh.
A little tired and sneezy this morning ... busy day too ... probably looking to get back to NROL4W on Monday. Hayley's birthday party is this weekend and I want to be healthy for it and well rested (we have out of town company coming).
Espi, there are only 2 sets ... the workouts didn't do this ... this bug has been going around our town ... several of my friends had it the week before I got it. Thankfully the rest of my family has been able to avoid it!
Probably more foam rolling and yoga later today ... dang my TFLs and quads are SORE!!!
