Workout today was yoga.

Saw my doc today ... kinda bummed ... things are not progressing as rapidly as I'd like and she reminded me that things were so bad she fully expects this to take a couple of years to heal. I'm feeling so much better, it's hard to remember how bad things really were. But good I guess to know that things will continue to get better. She increased my thyroid meds in the morning, and decreased my progesterone during the second half of my cycle. Otherwise, keep on keeping on ...

Looking forward to lower reps than 15 tomorrow for workout A!!!

Sorry about the doc appt, too, Julie. But, just remember...you ARE making progress, that's what counts, even if it's not as fast as you'd like!

I love that movie!

Your doctor was right. Sometimes we get this idea of where we should be, and when we aren't exactly perfect, we forget about all the progress we've made. In so many ways you are doing so wonderful! Don't let anything make you forget that!

It's been awhile since I've had the opportunity to stop by, but it sure looks to me like you are making good progress.

Keep it up, Julie!

Thanks Lisa, Jane, Wendy, and Rebecca! The details are easy as it is just a report that my tracking software produces ... I just copy and paste. The deads and squats are coming along ... makes me happy!! I'm still pretty weak with pushups and chins ... but that will come along too someday!

EGHAM!!!! I saw you in Stingo's log ... where've you been my friend? We've missed you!!! How's Mrs. Egham doing? Hope you had a nice holiday season ...

I've been doing well and have stopped by to see how things are going here every once in a while. My work picked up considerably in September and has continued to remain heavy. I'm also having to do some heavy marketing at the same time since Mrs. Egham's new VP gave her an ultimatum that she either move back to Alabama or have her employment terminated...with zero severance. We're not moving and she'll be joining my consulting practice after a little R&R, so I'm trying to get some work lined up for her as well.

She's been doing very well. Her hard work to identify and eliminate vertigo triggers appears to be delivering good results....She actually handled the 11 1/2 hour drive each way between here and Rochester, NY over Christmas just fine.....2 hour
