It works especially well with older/browning bananas, just like if you were making banana bread *nom*

perfect. I always forget about crepes. They are so hard to make well. But, you know what they say, the things you hate are probably the things you need to be doing.

Before I forget, my left arm (pressing) is still lagging quite a bit over the right. Benching, I can feel it's weaker. Fewer reps to failure on the left vs right. It does not feel as stable with heavier weights. Sets of 8 or 10 toward infinity seem to be fine.
What to do?
Onto the workout of the day...
A1, Bench work up to singles. 190, 195, 190. Dropped to triples when my spotter left. 185x3, 185x3, 185x2
A2, Chest Sup Row up to singles, 135, 135, 135, 135. Dropped to triples at 125 for 2 sets
B1, Bench, 155 (8/8/7)
B2, Chest Sup Row, 115 (5/5/5)
C1, Single DB Floor Press, 65 (I think) (8/8/8)
C2, Bench Pistols (starting seated) (3/3/3/3) - I wanted to eliminate the bounce, so I took a long seated pause between each rep
D, Bench Squats (narrow stance) (9/8/7) - same as above. It seems to have worked, as my glutes are feeling it.
E, Split Squat ISO w/Cable Rows, 50 (18/18/18) - nine per arm, switch legs, nine more. OMG.
This workout was seriously hard and fun. Not a lot of food lately, but I'm hanging in there.

I'm just not a funnel cake fan. I would much rather have some caramel popcorn or something like that. I like the salty-sweet stuff. Been eying this lately...

Great tip -- we have a World Market closeby and I've loved most the chocolate there, yet somehow haven't tried the Sea Salt one yet.
The funnel cake, by the way, was at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. It was cold and rainy yesterday and all the food was setup under outdoor tents. It was nice to watch them make the funnel cake right in front of me, then take it, steaming, to the table where happy family gladly devoured it.
Except Samantha. She just kept dipping her finger in the powdered sugar piles.
Roland, why did you say "not a lot of food lately"? Aren't weekends your high-calorie times?

I think it's only $1.99, too. It's better than the Lindt dark with sea salt, too.

I took a week of low eating because I had a tad too much fun the last 5-6 weeks.
Resuming the cycle, this week. Less aggressive on the bulk days, though.

I'm delaying the start of my new weekly cut/bulk cycle for at least a day.
Tonight's the holy grail of movies - Monty Python and The Holy Grail. I fart in my bulk's general direction.
Tomorrow is possibly a Ducks game and I will have zero time for the prebulk workout. So IF all day, eat some game food at night.
Thursday is my son's 11th birthday. Pizza party, but still no time to workout before hand. IF all day, eat some slices at night.
That leaves Friday night as a possibility. I'll check my leanness status and decide at before that arrives.
I'm 192lbs this morning and feeling pretty lean. Up 7lbs from when I started.
