Last night - quick workout
Warmup/Mobility
DB Snatches 65, 3/3/3 - like a DE lift, but mostly just for fun.
Pushups 20/20/15
Renegade Rows, 20/25lbs, 13/10/10 - I accidentally grabbed a 20 and 25 instead of two 25s
- it made the core work even awesomer, right?
Donkey Kicks, 15/15
Hammer Curls, 15s, 25/25

No sigh of getting fat yet, and I was up 2lbs after two weeks. I'll keep weighing, since I doubt it's 100% accurate, so averages will be important.

I'd like to say it's been a feast of fancy and decadent foods, but it's really a lot of oatmeal, eggs, veggies, protein powder, fruit, tacos and burritos, burgers, stew, chili, etc. It's all good, but it hasn't been fancy.
I have enjoyed a few Egg McMuffins and I had a pair of Big Macs for lunch one day.
My two days a week of lighter eating have been the better tasting food days (Big Macs excepted, of course).

You and your healthy food.
Have you ever had a McGriddle? I had one for the first time last weekend. For a little sandwich it felt like 10lbs in my gullet.

Yeah. I love those. Like a little maple and bacony slice of heaven (in a sandwich).

awe shucks gobbla, I try. the food p0rn in my log has been lacking because of time constraints. the old log has some pics. I didn't become obese by not knowing how to cook. I just use my culinary super powers for healthier pursuits these days.

Looking good, Roland!! Glad the eating is working for you....keep it up. Any tweaking needed or are you pretty much right where you need to be? I figure on dropping about 4-6 pounds of fat and then I'll be following in your footsteps....just not sure how I'm going to do it, exactly....yet.

My biggest issue is when I do IF on a day when I really have to concentrate on work. Doesn't always work. So yesterday, I just ate 3 meals, but kept them small. Today, too.
IF works well when I'm busy, but not having to really concentrate for long periods of time.
I'll keep monitoring my fatness and decide if I need to go three days of low, and four of high. So far, so good...

Cool; I often do the same EZ curl / Decline skullcrusher superset on Fridays (brah day).
I don't remember you doing dips very much? Are you Bulgarian-approved for that?

Yes. As long as there's no pain, I'm good. Part of the recipe to a bigger chest.

Knocked out a workout at 11pm last night, ate, slept.
Pullups (5/5/5/5/5)
DB Bench, 60 (6), 70 (6/6/6)
DB Split Squats, 25s (6/6/6/6) - OMG, adding weight after a month at bw was brutal. Legs shaking like nobody's business
V-Grip Seated Rows, 120 (11/11/11)
Pullthroughs, 120 (15/15/15)
Standing Cable Press, 75 (12/12/12)
I'm still tired...

Don't let the state police catch you doing something unapproved.
Neat workout, Roland. Personally, I never start a workout after 10:00 PM.
