I don't think they know that you asked for a short list of super-simple things. Like a video of me walking.

Workout for Thursday

A1, DB Cleans (from floor), 75 (8), 85 (5/5/5)
A2, Chinups (13/10/7/6)
A3, Standing Cable Chest Press, 75 (12), 90 (9/8/8)

B1, Zercher Squats, 135 (10), 185 (5/5/5)
B2, Standing Pullover, 90 (12/10/10)
B3, Overhead Pullover/Pullback (w/stretch), 50 (15/12/12)

Eating has been going well. I'm getting used to the carbs, but it's still wonky. I get full, yet hungry. I'm not looking forward to the weekend eating, since weekends are hard for me. During the week, I pour myself into work and forget about food. Weekends are tough. Especially weekends with the kids. Like this one.

I haven't done too bad. We were camping (a community campout) on Friday afternoon through Saturday morning. That meant hotdogs, hamburgers, bbq beans for dinner and pancakes and sausage for breakfast. Considering the food, I did okay and didn't overeat at all.

However, something caused my fingers to swell a bit and my body to mysteriously weight 195 this morning. I did not eat 7lbs worth of anything, so we'll see what happens in a day or two.

I'm not low carbing it, so I'm surprised at the big weight gain so suddenly.

I did go on a 4-5 mile hike yesterday afternoon. Up the rocky creekbed and back. It was very nice out there.

Today, food is back to normal, aside from one plain old fashioned donut, of course.

Today's workout was a mile and a half walk to the park and back. At the park, I did some chins and pushups.

A1, Chinups, 4x9
A2, Pushups, 4x19

I'm super hungry... I got one good meal left in me, but I already stuck some popcorn into fitday for later.

Gobbla may think you're a girl but those are some serious pistols. Of course Cappy could probably do them better.
